- Type: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00)

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and present rate proposals to clients, ensuring they are competitive and appealing. Actively pursue client confirmations and work towards finalizing bookings.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Promote our services to potential clients through diverse sales channels. Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales targets. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand our client base. Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in our internal system. Generate and submit regular sales reports, offering insights into performance and market trends.

Must-have requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in english
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field (travel agency, hotel, sales)
- Strong communication skills
